💸REFUND & CHANGE POLICY – MISTI ULTRA SUMMIT 2026

En PRIME SPORTS EVENTS E.I.R.L. , organizadores de la Misti Ultra Summit, nos esforzamos por ofrecer una experiencia de clase mundial. Debido a la compleja logística que implica organizar un evento a 5,825 msnm, establecemos las siguientes políticas de manera clara y transparente:

2. No Refund Policy

By completing registration for any distance (6K, 10K, 20K, 35K, 50K, or 12K Trek), participants acknowledge and accept that:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to injuries, travel conflicts, personal reasons, weather conditions, or health issues.
  • This policy is based on the fact that funds are immediately allocated to insurance, race kits, permits, and essential safety logistics required to operate the event

3. Change Policy

Although refunds are not available, the organization provides flexible alternatives:

A. Distance Change

  • Upgrade (to a longer distance): Allowed by paying the current price difference at the time of the request
  • Downgrade (to a shorter distance): Allowed with no refund of the price difference
  • Deadline: August 12, 2026 (30 days before race day)

B. Registration Transfer

If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration under the following conditions:

  • Request must be submitted via email to mbriceno@mistiultrasummit.com with the new participant’s information
  • An administrative fee of S/ 50.00 will apply
  • Deadline: August 12, 2026

4. Event Postponement

In the event of force majeure, national emergency, natural disasters, or unusual volcanic activity affecting Misti Volcano:

  • Registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date
  • If the participant cannot attend the new date, a 100% credit voucher will be issued for the 2027 edition
  • No cash refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond the organization’s control

5. Request Procedure

To submit any request or inquiry:

  1. Send an email to mbriceno@mistiultrasummit.com with the subject:
     “Change Request – [Runner’s Name]”
  2. Attach the payment confirmation receipt
  3. The organization will respond within a maximum of 72 business hours

Nota Importante: El recojo del kit de corredor es personal y obligatorio. En caso de no recogerlo en los horarios establecidos previos al 12 de setiembre de 2026, se perderá el derecho al mismo sin lugar a reclamos o reembolsos posteriores.
