Perfect if you’re already running 8–12 km and ready to take the next step. A achievable challenge that will leave you hungry for more.
Recommended gear: minimum 1L hydration, energy snacks or supplements.
Intermediate / Advanced Level — 20 km (12.4 mi) | 950 m (3,117 ft) elevation gain | ~4.5 hours
For runners with serious mileage: comfortable at 15–18 km, fully geared up and ready to push their limits.
Recommended gear: minimum 1.5–2L hydration, energy snacks and supplements.
